• When will my order ship?

  Once your order is placed on our website, most will be processed in our warehouse within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday). You’ll get an email with the tracking information once your shipment is on its way.

• Can I use my HSA/FSA funds?

  Yes! We have partnered with Truemed to enable qualified customers to use their HSA/FSA funds on eligible products. For one-time purchases, checkout with your HSA/FSA card as your payment method. For autoship purchases, make your purchase and then complete the reimbursement flow.
