Refunds & Exchanges
Our extended holiday return policy is now in effect—if you make a purchase between November 12 and December 24, you have until January 31, 2025 to make a return or exchange.
We strive to make sure all of our products fully meet your expectations. If they don’t, we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for the first 30 days after purchase. If for any reason you are not in love with your new Clearly Filtered product, you can exchange or return it for a refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund. If there is any evidence to suggest the item was improperly used, the product will not be eligible for refund/exchange. Proof of purchase is required for any refund. We are unable to accept returns of purchases from any retail channel except clearlyfiltered.com. Used filters are not eligible for return.

Price Adjustments
Products that are discounted within 7 days after your purchase date are eligible for price adjustments. Please email info@clearlyfiltered.com with the order details to receive the price adjustment. Warranty Information
Limited Lifetime Warranty:
Clearly Filtered offers a limited lifetime warranty. To assure the highest quality standards possible, each order is inspected for defects before shipping. This makes defects incredibly rare. But if you believe that the item is defective, contact us. It may be eligible for replacement, if we determine it is due to unexpected faulty workmanship or materials.
Limitations:
Our warranty also extends to cover loss or damage of purchased products, up to $500 of merchandise value, caused by natural disasters that has been declared to be federal emergencies or major disasters. Claims under this portion of the warranty must be made within 2 weeks of the federal declaration, and the customer may be required to provide Clearly Filtered, Inc., with evidence to satisfy the company that the claim falls within the warranty term. If customer does not comply with the reasonable requests for evidence or if Clearly Filtered, Inc., is not satisfied that the evidence establishes it qualifies as a covered loss or damage under this provision, the customer’s claim under this warranty may be denied.
Cooperation: Your cooperation is necessary for Clearly Filtered to determine if the warranty is applicable, including returning the product you believe to be defective for Clearly Filtered when requested for further evaluation and testing by Clearly Filtered and our technical team and sending product or packaging photographs or other relevant documentation as requested by Clearly Filtered. If you do not adequately cooperate, you may not make a claim under the limited warranty.
Noncovered Use: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, or damage caused by tampering/misuse of the item. It also does not include using Clearly Filtered products with atypical appliances or systems that do not fit the standard fittings and sizing offered by Clearly Filtered products or modifications made by you or contractors to atypical systems to make them fit Clearly Filtered products. Clearly Filtered products are designed and warrantied for use with conventional systems relying on municipal water systems with an average home-system water pressure of 60 psi. While Clearly Filtered products may work with other water systems, they are not tested or warrantied for such use.
Should your Clearly Filtered item be damaged through misuse/unconventional use, you are able to purchase replacement parts here. Should your Clearly Filtered item or surrounding area be damaged through improper/unconventional use or failure to follow setup instructions, this warranty is void. This warranty does not include filters and expires after 24 months from the date of purchase.
Only products purchased from clearlyfiltered.com are eligible for warranty consideration. Clearly Filtered does not currently work with resellers, except for Passport with respect to some international sales, or retailers. Please be aware that any purchases through third parties and not through our website or official Amazon store are considered outside the scope of any warranty offered by Clearly Filtered.
Filtration speed, taste and lifespan are not guaranteed or covered under warranty, because these depend on the quality and mineral content of your water, which can affect the performance, taste profile, and lifespan of effective and functional filters.
