• How do I apply the discount?

  In order to receive your discount, enter the code BFCM20 in-cart or on the checkout page. Discounts will not be automatically applied.

• When will my order ship?

  Once your order is placed on our website, most will be processed in our warehouse within 2-5 business days (Monday through Friday). You’ll get an email with the tracking information once your shipment is on its way.

• What's your return policy?

  Our extended holiday return policy is now in effect!

  If you make a purchase between November 12 and December 24, you have until January 31, 2026 to make a return or exchange.

• Can I use my HSA/FSA funds?

  Yes! We have partnered with Truemed to enable qualified customers to use their HSA/FSA funds on eligible products. For one-time purchases, checkout with your HSA/FSA card as your payment method. For autoship purchases, make your purchase and then complete the reimbursement flow.
