      Other than the main body, everything else is super flimsy plastic like the filter housing, wing nut, straw, cap threads, and worst of all is the flip up mouthpiece because you have to get it at a perfect angle to seal up and get continuous water flow or else your sucking in a ton of air. Even when you have the angle right it seems that there’s air bubbles coming from the filter. Half the time I’m drinking I’m either getting half air bubbles half water or I’m trying to find the perfect angle so it doesn’t happen. I appreciate the transparency of the lab testing however

      It is very difficult to drink from this straw with the filter. I followed all directions and remediations suggested and they have not helped I feel like I’m getting more air through the straw than water. I bought it for travel but unfortunately can’t drink from it!!

      I really like this fikteted water bottle. The taste is clean. The only thing I would imprive is the amount of effort to draw the water from the straw apperatus.

      But, I recommend it!

      Good service and bottle

      I like this bottle. It’s a little heavy, and I had trouble with the lid/straw at first, but when I emailed the customer service team were very responsive and quick to get me a replacement. Now it’s working much better and I enjoy travelling with it

      • Filling once daily: Replace the filter every 3 months.

      Hard or highly contaminated tap water and heavy usage may require more frequent replacements.

    • Hand-wash the bottle, straw, and mouthpiece using warm, soapy water. Then allow them to air-dry with the lid removed.

    • The interior filter cleans the water with each sip, so there may be a slight change in water flow. The source compares the experience to sipping a creamy milkshake.

      Each bottle also includes an extra full-length 9 mm × 245 mm straw for use without the filter.

    • The filter is designed for cold water, and adding ice is fine. However, using warm water or any other liquid is not recommended when using the filtered straw.
